the local shop or a motor shop should bea ble to do it since most likely all you need is new fluid, seals, and nitrogen....
thats 75 plus a 49.95 plus shipping. seems kinda high to me.

my buddy had his 95 yz250 shock rebuilt, new seals and all for $60. if you look around you should be able to find a good price.

i do all my own now. its really not that hard to do. you just have to do it correct. plus you need a nitrogen source.
