yea, especially the dual exhaust crf 250's. And if you thought banshee pipes were expensive, check out exhaust for one of these

but I think the big bore 4 stroke race bikes do have more power than the 250 2 strokes. the biggest 4 stroke i've ever ridden was a yz426f. man that thing had power, I was almost scared to jar down on er too hard, even out in an open field. but I rode one of these before I've ever got to ride a 250 2 stroke, and when i did it impressed me some, but not near as much as that 426. but that big 426 pig was sure heavy, and a bitch to start if you stalled it.
