I dont think that leaving gas in the thing will warrant needing a new tank or lines and if you clean them out really well they will be fine. The motor wont need replaced either unless you just want something better. You could pick a newer TRX motor off of ebay for pretty cheap. It should all be fine after a good cleaning. You might want to make sure there arent any air leaks and seal the carb up good.
