I agree, his opinion no longer matters. I was responding to mghty3whlr's post. I think rep points ARE noticed. Thats why some have a very large amount of them, and some have the very unwanted kind. It's not definative, but gives a general idea of the persons character. But, like with Ed's problem, anyone can give bad/good for any ole reason regardless as to value.
