the forks should not need any pressure. but the rear shock needs to be pressureized in the rezzie. i don't know the exact pressure for your year rm, but 175-200 psi will work. in my manual for the forks, it doesn't give a psi for the forks, but says not to excide 35 psi or the seals will blow. so if you do want to charge the forks, i wouldn't put more than 15 psi in them. i have pressurized forks before in old bikes, and it seams to help.
