ahhh how I don't miss being in South Portland!
I do miss certain aspects of Maine... but I worked for a couple restaurants in So. Po. from 1997 until 2003... I HATE that area. That friggin mall attracts tourists year round. I guess they helped pay my bills for quite a few years.. but they were nothing but a pain in my ass.
This lawyer's name definitely rings a bell... not sure if it's because he was running for office while I was down there or if it was some other reason. But... sounds like he got lucky the cops didn't pop a couple rounds in his "center mass"! I'd say it would have been justified.
