Yes i have seen the write up that mullet man did over at HQ im still consedering doing that if i dont end up getting different arms.
That walk through is killer and it looks very easy to do...so im looking around for some of those first.
The yfz arms do look killer on the shee though...i would like to see if i could do a complete swap...arms, calipers, aluminum spindles and sterring stem...i would like to see if that would all fit and could proly pic it all up on yfz centarl for dirt cheep...
I think it will all work without much modification...we mesured my friends stem on his yfz and its about 1.5" longer and looks like it would bolt right on to my shee. (as im 6.1 235) that should be better for me being longer.
Do you think that would all work? I would think it would handle, brake and feel all that much betetr without the cost and its not like im huckin tripples all day on the track so im sure it would all hold up. Would be a sick little set up.
Also when i through my yfz shocks on it rasied the front an inch or so with the preload seting all the way at the top so i would geuss it would drop down a few inces like you say but i would thing if i crancked down on the spring settings it would sit nice again ...but i forgot the first ride with those shocks that it was raised up so i dont think i would notice much .
