Now i dont know much about drag quads but i would assume you gear it for the distance your going to drag so that your not hitting top speed 1/4 way down the strip???
I agree. The banshee doesnt get out the hole well but it pulls hard, pass the 450. When he didnt bog down, he was really close and passed him around 4th or 5th gear. I guess the banshee had one of those override trannys because it sounded like it had 5 gears, unless it always started in 2nd gear. From what i read on bansheehq forums, over ride trannys get ride of the 6th gear. One things for sure though, he can drive better than me. Looked like some fun too!

Another thing, the locals here with the 450's race to see how has the fastest top speed. To them, that's whos fastest. I race till i top out when let off and call it the end.
