So the kick starter won't move at all...
It is probably seized... and since the piston was replaced it's probably a bottom end issue. Just a guess... but that's a lot more expensive to fix than a siezed piston. Nice thing about Blasters though... you can do a hell of a lot of the work by yourself with a basic set of tools and some patience.
If you're affraid to get in there and start ripping into the engine cases... bring it to a shop and have them diagnose the problem.
