hey , im doing the same thing to a 1987 trx250x, except puttin in a 1984 aircooled cr500, bassically the same except chains on the other side and so is the exhaust, and i have a longer 250r swing arm on it, about 3 inch longer then the X, and a 6 inch wider axle then the X, i have the motor in and mounted but im having some indesion about the pipe, i see you just cut acouple bars out of the frame to makes yours fit, do you think that it will be strong enough like that? or did you weld or bolt some supports in any where? |
