I agree with all of the above arguments. But, it is not always about your skill level. But, about the skill level of the other riders that worries me!

Example, yesterday I took my family out on our quads. and watched another family allow there 3 1/2 ft. tall 7 yr. old to ride a 250r 3-wheeler. This kids feet could not even touch the pegs. I think that is the example that the courts were trying to make. Obviously it was an atv to big for that little of a guy to handle. He cannot easily reach either brake lever if he needed to stop in time from hitting someone or something. It is a real bummer that parents allow this to go on.

But there is no way to monitor this, so the manufacturers took the only course of action they could to keep there arses out of the court rooms. I don't blame them one bit. It does make me sad that the trx 250r's are no longer being made. But I do like the fact that when I go riding I get alot of looks and no wants to mess with it!!!!
