 Title for rd400
Wonder if anyone knows how to get a title for a bike that doesnt have one.Or is it even possiable to do so. I found a guy selling an rd400 in my area its a 77 but has no title. Keep in mind i live in mass which laws suck here when it comes to that stuff i know.
