Well that might depend on what you want to do with your Blaster. If it were mine I would have 19's on the front and 18's on the rear. I think it looks sweet and will handle better than the stock size tires. If you feel you top out too quickly with 18's go up a tooth on your front sprocket and you'll be all set. I would only go up to 20's if you ride a lot of trails with big nasty rocks and roots. Otherwise, 18's are fine in the trails.
