Yea they used Vaseline, the tube with the extra sand in it!
We all live and learn, and you’re absolutely right! That carb takes about two minutes to clean and that’s why I started to wise up after they wanted $300.00 labor to install a new CDI. Oh, and by the way, the OLD CDI was not bad after all, another miss diagnosis from Palmdale Super Cycle.
Well I have learned and learned well, this board has a lot to offer and I’m glad I found it.
