Well the history goes like this.
I rode out with a friend to Indiana Novemeber of 2005,to purchase what was left of a Tri-z.I paid 50 bucks for the carcass.
8 hour trip total,we were so tired we actually cat napped on the side of the road in Norwalk Ohio at 2am.
The front end was scored on Ebay 2 years ago,as well as some of the other components.
Parts in good shape are not easy to find.
The black headlight plastic was painted white with auto paint, but luckily not cracked.I spent 6 hours wetsanding all the paint off and repolishing the headlight.
The engine bottom end was purchased off Ebay for 90 bucks shipped, with a shaterred clutch basket.Torn down and completely rebuilt.
Corey Sprock of Tecate connection masterminded the bigbore jug and billet coolhead for me.
The front rim used to be anodized gold(very hard to find Tri-z silver wheels).
My wife stripped the gold anodizing off with oven cleaner and I sanded the rim and polished it to almost chrome.
The rear wheels and hubs are Banshee.
The custom Wave brake rotors were swapped from a 04 yfz450.
Everything aluminum has been polished.
Yamahondaman Supplied alot of the stainless steel hardware,as well as some billet one off pieces, and he stretched the swinger plus 4 inches.
Frame was powdercoated local.
All new front and rear fenders.
V-force reeds were custom made from a 2006 kx 125 and fitted with the proper reed pedals by V-force.
Brand new PWK 39 Mil carb from Sudco.

Every nut and bolt, and cable, bearings, seals and controls were all purchased brand new.As well as a SS bolt kit from Ebay.
It uses a 2004 warrior rear shock.
Many hours of sandblasting and painting.
This was built out of a collection of Tri-Z parts, I have managed to round up over almost 3 years.I used only the best parts.
Alot of these tri-z oem pieces were near mint condition.
It was very hard to round up mint oem pieces that have not been made in 20 years.
Definately, not a run out and buy the parts and assemble project.
It took many atv enthusiasts/fabricators to make this happen. And I thank all of them greatly.
I started the build in October of 2006,and fired it for the first time in March of 2007..
