Yeah since quad sports are light, and I'm sure this thing aint that light, it will probly make the quad front heavy.

imo thats the stupidest idea ever. even for heavy quads... im sure weve all ridden some 4 storke gay utiility quad atleast once in our lifes. I know I have.. im sure all of u know how easy it is to stear it... and how un neccisary powerstearing is on a quad... plus all the added weight ? it just makes the whole senerio retarted... I think it sore of a saying thing... saying that ur quad actually has powerstearing and not the fact that its useless... as long as it sounds cool.

Guys, it is just steering ASSIST. You know, the way a power steering pump on a car works? If it fails, you keep going as if it were an older quad.

"When stopped or at low speeds, it requires light steering effort, and as speeds increase, the amount of assist is adjusted to provide the appropriate level of feedback."

So, utillity quads are gay? I didn't know ATV's had a sexual preference.

I'm all about 2-Strokes and will only buy a 2-Stroke sport quad, but I will never buy a 2-Stroke utillity quad.

If you can't steer the fucker, you shouldn't be riding it. Sport quads are for 18-35 year olds, put the power assist bs on the utility quads, Rhino's ,etc.

Gotta agree with Gein, if you don't have enough ass to turn the handlebars you shouldn't be on the damn thing. Even big 4x4 utility quads aren't that hard to steer. The new 800 Polaris Twin Cylinder weighs 900 pounds and the jugs are basically right over the front axles, and it's not that hard to steer..why the fuck would you need electronic assist on an ATV anyways? Especially with it being that far up front, you know it's bound to get wet, and what happens when it shorts out? "Oh I'm sorry the Honda warranty doesn't cover water damage for you riding in a creek, so we just fucked you in the ass and charged you an extra 500 dollars from the showroom. Have a nice day" That's about all that shit is gonna get ya.

So what you're saying is that if someone is: Edler, weak, disabled or just plain lazy they don't deserve to ride? So quick to criticize technology, that you don't think about the ones that such a device could help.

Besides, the easier they are to ride the more fun the ones who just like to relax have, which will sell more quads making the OHV industry even bigger. Do you want the industry to go down hill from no R&D so that ALL OHV's fade out?

It's easy, if you do not want it, DON'T buy it.. Is that so hard to handle?

Honda acts like they are the first ones to have this. Yamaha put power steering on their new 2007 700 Grizzly.
