why am i pulling out wet spark plugs?

yeah not hot enough plug head gasket is blown um you mix way to rich gas that about covers all of the possiblities. start with a smaller main. ur getting too much gas if this doesnt work then do a leak down test see if head gasket is leaking air if air is getting in so is water/antifreeze. If this doesnt help get hotter plugs and mix gas at 32:1 should make her all better.

or the fl;oat level is to high,,, the needle in the seat are not sealing float area ,, to rich,, intake leaks ect ect cause a lean statewhich will be dry,, bad yes holes in pistons

go down in pilot jet size, fuel mix could be to rich, check all carb jets

Yea I would do a leak test any loss of compression would cause it to not burn off properly I had this problem before
