New Jersey is the official COMMUNIST STATE ! It's kinda funny how the cops (a bunch of Nazi Pussies) Don't have a set of balls to bust the crack dealers or the A$$holes who do the drive-by-shootings!
They'd rather spend their time impounding ATVs!
For the most part, we ride the pits and trails, minding our own business.
I got hurt about 10 years ago and didn't even think about suing the property owner because it was my own fault!
If they would focus on the corrupt politicians, Their state wouldn't be almost to the point of being bankrupt!
New Jersey requires each and every ATV to be Registered and Insured!
Hmmmm. If you did the both as per the law states, They are required to provide the rider(s) with a legal place to ride!!!!!
I think that it's time for us together with the ES2 family, get the newspaper, FOX news, etc. and start bashing Governor Jon Corsine!...Where are are legal riding locations???? We pay and abide by the law as you require. ... Now it your turn!
We want legal places to ride or give us our money back!!!!!
This is a Governor that wants to play hard ball!! Isn't he the one who was involved in a major crash that put him in the hospital for a couple of months???
Oh ......By the way...HE WASN'T WEARING A SEATBELT!!! A NEW JERSEY STATE LAW !

I love AZ. Most everything around me is BLM land or Forest Service land. As long as you have an off road plate, you are good to go. Some areas you have to have a state land permit, but I just found out that as long as you have a hunting license no permit needed. I ride alot here at my house and aroung our neighborhood. Cops don't give us any shit about it as long as the speed on the paved roads is kept close to the speed limit.

Any system that seeks punishment of an individual for "wrongs" committed against noone but the law itself is not interested in peace or equality, but in being able to control and manipulate it's citizens.

no shit im going to come to AZ!!! = ) listen i got a reponse from the owner of the surf and turf shop you make up your minds i will actually be going in to meet him this week to talk about this but for now take it for what it is... and i agree where is our land to ride on corzine you no seat belt wearing crooked SOB...
FIRST OFF,LET ME SAY I AM PISSED OFF TOO.THE COPS OF PEMBERTON ARE PISSED OFF TOO.AS USUAL THE NEWSPAPER TOOK WHAT IS A GOOD PROGRAM AND TURNED IT INTO A SENSATIONALISTIC PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!you have to know you can't believe everything you read!!you also have to know there is always going to be political grandstanding in the newspaper.
now, down to business.you are obviously passionate about atv's as i am also.i ride.my kids ride.my wife rides.we don't do it in chatsworth atv park.300000 atv riders in new jersey are not leaving the state every week to ride.lets face it,they are riding here!!!there is nothing that will happen to law abiding citizens like yourself for riding.i get pulled over once a month and have to educate the officer on our rughts!!!if you are registered and insured you can ride anywhere on state land,as long as there is not a municipal ordinance against it!!!if you help the police, police the bad apples that destroy it for us,you will be suprised to find all the places to ride.did you buy an atv from me?if you did,we would give you plenty of places to ride!!!your dealer should get educated and help fight the fight with us.we sell 150 atvs a year and most of them to new jersey(local) residents.we don't just take their money,we educate and we ride with them!!!maybe you should talk to us, instead of bad mouthing us.you are more than welcome to stop in,grab a burger and a soda and tell us how you feel.that is america, isn't it.but at the same time, open your mind and here what we have to say!!!
i say go talk to him. it might acually lead to something that makes it on your local news or even more. we in VA really dont have a leg to stand on when it comes to that because we do not have to pay any yearly fees, thr state dont owe us shit. so if we fight for riding territory here we could end up having to pay. the only thing that we have to pay as it stands is the title fee where it is recorded through the DMV when you first purchase a new one, thats it. allthough paying a small fee every year for me to be able to take off from back yard verses buying gas for the hauler to go somewhere private would probably be cheeper in the long run.
