I would have to say Cannondale (ATK) was a pretty decent quad in my opinion, but still wouldnt trade any aspect of a 2stroke for the amazingly exspensive fart machines.

Its a production quad just modified motor. It didnt say most powerful production two stroke in the title

I actually talked to a guy about a year ago that told me he was working with some people to develop a quad that would smoke the sh*t out of a decently built Banshee. I guess only time will tell, but I'm thinking I might have to motor on down to Black Widow ATV and see if I can find anything else out about this monster, since they're right in my area.
