| those are some slick bikes. but it would take some time to get used to the chain/brake on opposite sides. and is it just me, or is there no a kick starter on any of em?? and heres another little article from that page, MXA Shootout - CRF450 versus CR500 :: twostrokemotocross.com its kinda funny how they describe the cr 500 in it

| The kick start is there. If the chain is on the right side, where do think the kick start lever is? ON THE LEFT! Kicken over the 685 is probably lots of fun with the left leg. |

| yea nevermind, lol I didnt look close enough. I knew it would be on the left side anyways, but I figured it woukd be more noticable, looks like a black piece of rebar on there.

| Good call on the ATK Intimidator the ATK is a Maico it's just been re-badged lets say. The kicker on the opposite side is to make the gear box more compact iirc. You like how thick the tires on the 500 is? Crazy looking bikes I wonder their future in 2010. I'd consider getting a Maico but I got a bum left knee and the kicking would be horrible. And 80+ hp from a 680+ shouldn't be too hard to see I've seen 250cc n/a make 110bhp

| 80 HP at the crank? Was ATK a Rotax motor? I thought they were very similar to the old ATK line up. Next step is to get enough people to buy large displacement 2 smokes so they remain available and supported. Last edited by nd4speed; 10-24-2008 at 11:06 PM. |

| I have heard good info on the ATK bein a re-badged German sidecar cross motor not a Maico.
