are you on soem kind of CRACK???? in fact nothing in your post is even close to true.... heres why.... bombadier has passed the EPA emision test with flying colors with a EFI 2 stroke for sleds... it;s good until 2010 when it will then agin need tested.... IT WILL PASS THEN TOO.... outboard engines are still being made as 2 strokes... jet skis..... wave runers... 2 STROKES... i can;t say i;ve ever seen a 4 stroke in the 65cc or 80-85cc classes.... btu lemme guess the AMA will just scrap those rider classes huh?? and as for june 2nd no quads can go over 40mph?? thats funny today is june 5th 06 and guess what... i can walk into the yamaha dealer and buy a new rappy 700 or YFZ450 and they do an easy 70mph.... your post is not only totaly false but FUCKING STUPID... a ban on premix oil???? you are fucking reatarded.... i just so happen to be an amsoil dealer... so i'd know if something liek this was to happen..... please do us all a favor and eat some broken glass.......

i seem to remember reading an article about a new banshee 500 or 520 that was in the works. i think i had read it in a 4 wheeler mag but i am not sure. as far as i know it was set to show case thanksgiving of '04 but then yamaha turned their efforts to the raptor (650 to 700fi) and improving the yfz450 (suspension and frame) for '06 because of the democrats uping the emissions resrictions. appearantly they new that it wouldn't pass. so they put a kybosh on all 2-stroke projects.

my buddy works at honda world in salt lake city and he says they only even keep two 2-strokes on the showroom floor and in a recent letter from honda corporate the sales team was to begin a phasing out of all 2-stroke machines and start pushing the 4-strokes.

while i was in there i was asking about the '06 crf 450's because they improved them a little and one of the sales men started tell me that hands down it would put my shee to shame. my buddy told him to shut the fuck up but he didn't listen and continued to whine about shee reliability and how it wouldn't hold a gear for two seconds. luckily i had the old girl in the back of the truck and i told him that i would race him down the street and if i lost he could have my shee. if he lost he would have to buy me three gallons of Klotz. Needlesss to say in a heartbeat i was three lengths ahead and gaining more every second i even slowed down for a second to pull my pants down for a quick moonshine. Honda salesmen are assholes.
