2 stroke laws in ca

Hey im new here and just trying to get some info does anybody know if they are passing any new laws in ca about riding 2 strokes a couple of bone head guys (my moms bf) who owns a 4 stroke by the way told me that they are not goin to let you ride 2 strokes anymore that they are goin to ban them is this true or are they just makeing it illegal to sell two strokes new at a dealer now as long as i have my green sticker on my 250r i should be able to ride with no problem right? please let me know if you know anything about banning 2 strokes from rideing
p.s. i usually only ride in glamis

California's gay enought to were they propably will try to make it illegal to ride a two-stroke. If i were you i wouldnt worry about. Show em that two-stroke power and just out run em lol.

I havent heard anything about this before. eventually dealers wont be able to sell them, but even then we will be able to ride our 2 strokes.

new years this year is the last of the 2 strokes that is going to be sold at any dealer...and whats a green sticker..here in vegas i dont have to have one

yes, I do not believe that they will ban riding 2-strokes, and allow 4-strokes, they are not any more harmful in my opinion,but, in your shity liberal state, they are always trying to stop us from riding, make sure you support lawmakers that stick up for your right to ride.

I dont remember what month it was but about a year ago I read an article in Dirt Wheels, I believe, that listed politictions that support riding and the ones who dont, I will try and find it.

cool thanks for the thoughts i didnt think they would say you cant ride them anymore because thats what mostly everybody is rideing out there in the dunes the 4 strokes are sitting in the camp sites cant hang out in the dunes cant make it up the hills oh banshee-freak we have to have green stickers on all off highway vehicals its like there registration like you have for your car some have red stickers which means you can only ride certain times of the year stupid ca all these stupid laws i hate the system this aint no free state

You can still ride 3-wheelers and they are banned from dealers selling them. They wouldn't be able to ban you from riding it unless they were prepared to buy back all the 2-strokes in the US. Which could get very expensive

If i lived in california and they did that, id take my banshee and get that ugly Raptor plastic kit, get a 2-1 exhaust and get stickes that say 660 4stroke all over it... im sure whoever stops you wouldnt know the differnece, theyd probably beleive the sticker... you could just say that your 4strokes burning a bit of oil
