If he is going to go that route I already stated that the YZ250 engine is a common swap, but its not counter balanced so it will vibrate considerably. and as for the 240 kit, I'm not sure on how much extra power it does make but its not the rediculous claims that VITO's makes. they claim that their kit makes 32+hp. That is BS to its fullest. I helped a friend build a .20 over stock cylinder blaster with the correct head and porting set up and it kills unported or poorly ported 240 blaster at our track all the time.
