If your racing crap like that on a cr250 just do what dt250 said hold the clutch in enough to keep it from rolling then when you go let it out slow and let the bike start rolling in first then just open it up and shift thru the gears. If you wheelie alot tap your back brakes (this is what ive heard i dont drag race so i dont know if it works) and your front end will go down.
