Woohoo! Got it.
First time I tried it I just left clicked on the files to save them.
Second time around, I right clicked on them and chose 'Save Link'
This worked, and I saved them all into a folder I created on my desktop.
So now when they are all together in this one folder, I went through and renamed them so that the first number of the file was '48' on all of them.
Then I unzipped the zip file and got it.
