I run BMX grips and I just clean the bars well, spray the bars and inside the grips with brake cleaner and slide them on. THe brake cleaner dries in about 2-3 minutes and you're ready to go. (This only works for non-knurled bars) Safety wire is always a good idea though and works very well. |
