dajogejr i dont advertise parts i dont have the problem in the past and well still somthing we work hard on fixing now is our inventory system i am a retail shop and what happens is the front counter staff will sell to a walk in customer and then eather not let the ebay sales person know they sold the part or they dont order more to replace it. Its a comunication problem we have inhouse sorry for any problems we may have caused you.
about a year ago there were some complaints on here over my store and i took into consideration what everyone had to say i had a huge problem with a saleman dropping the ball on everything. After reading what was going on here i watched him more and realized how bad it was. good or bad i appreciate your feedback. I never know what the problems are untill someone speaks up and tells me so thanks again. |
Thank you for taking the time to clear that up! And that makes sense... It has been almost two years since I last contacted you folks, it was about this time in 2006 when I was building my cub...comparing what you were selling on ebay with what you had at the store on hand.... My questions were, if I buy it now on ebay, I'll have it in my hands when? And I got the run around about not actually having it on the shelf....etc. Turned me off right there, I was gonna drop 3 to 4 K...ended up going elsewhere. However, I appreciate your honesty, looks like you're taken the steps to make things right....that is very, very commendable!!
