ahah...thank you all for your suggestions. i spent my night on ebay, in some of the forums. what i learned was, ebay is changing there policy, to stop this exact same thing from happening. they have seen it as a problem in recent months when buyers give nuetrals, or even negatives, but in pure retaliation, sellers give the buyer a bad score. as you could see in the comment that he left. he stated that the only reason he was giving me a negative was becasue of the nuetral rating i gave him. this new policy, in witch sellers will not be allowed to give negative feedback to buyers, only positive, or nothing at all, will not take effect until next month......

my suggestion would be for these ratings to be anonomous until both party's have finished the rating. that way, you dont know what you were rated at until after you rate the opossing buyer. and vise versa.......

thank you all for your help. i am going to open a new account!
