like one of the guys said before take your bike back to the shop ask them to fix the issuse if they dont wanna make a suggestion about small claims court. now unless the guy is a very rich man he will be kissing your toes on this one.. it would cost him more in lawyer and court cost then it would be just to fix your machine i know this first hand from a automobile repair shop.. had a tranny put in my mothers car and it shifted like crap. told the guy im takin him to court and wamo i got a bran new tranny..

also its not hard to do a top end i did my first one a few weeks ago on my banshee what a breeze that was.
