No I had the old one bored out. The machinist that I provide all my boring and plating needs told me it would be okay. If it was cracked to the outside then he said it would be bad. If it gernades then it does. I do plan on buying a new cylinder when I have the money and a few other band new oem parts for the engine. But that will be done as I have the fundage.
