i would pull off the side cover look for a n indent on the flywheel mark where it is and then pull off the flywheel. if the line rhat you made dosent m,atch up with the indent or keway on the crank than its sheered. make shure trhat you dont turn the motor over. try cleaning out the carb first though and does it have an override button on the handelbars. if so push that button and see if it runs if it does jump the 2 wires.
