That's a hard call man, cuz if there is no swingarm and it was broken and never fixed it makes me wonder how well the bike was taken care of over the years. To me it would be worth it because it sounds like a fun project, but you must look at it as a project cuz chances are you will run across a couple other things that need to be replaced when u are working on it. The trade seems pretty good, but i don't know about 700 bucks for a quad with no swingarm. If it were me, i would take a quick look at coolant level and color, to try and determine if it has been in there forever and if it's dirty, look at the air filter and carb boots to see how loose they are. Dirt running through the motor is what will kill a bottom end, if all this stuff looks dirty and not taken care of, then chances are the motor might not be as reliable as you want. Just my 2 cents.
