Thought about it a little more
Assuming that nitrous is like propane or any other pressurized gas, its part liquid and part gas in the tank. When you release some gas out of the tank, some of the liquid boils/evaporates off into a vapor. Evaporation is a cooling process. Thats why butane, propane, refrigerant, etc feels cold when your release some out of the tank. So heating it really wouldnt affect the outcome of the temperature coming outta the tank.
My only thought it, when you heat a tank full of gas, the pressure might go higher.
