i dont know if anyone else has seen it but the other night i saw a commercial for some ambalance chasing law firm looking for people who have been injured due to "factory defects" resulting in crash. this makes my blood boil
i personally do not own a rhino or know more than a few people that do but someone suing yamaha for their screwup would be like me suing my father for male mattern bladness in my family! i mean come on, i ride my toys and know my limits on them. i know i cant go w/o into a left hand 180degree turn on pavement without coming out skunt up! unless their is some sort of neglagence on yamaha's part i think this is bull shit. i may be completely off my rocker here but this puts a bad rap on atv manufactures which puts a bad rap on the people who ride them. this sport is already under enougth scrutiney from the public for the idioits who ride through town at 3am or tear up farmers crops we dont need lawyers coming to mx tracks to sue suzuki because some dick cased out a triple on his bome stock 400. if i am wrong i would like to know but i am passionate about my time i get to ride, i love it and things like this worry me of days to come when things arent so sunny. i guess i just had to get it off my chest!
