yea i cut the guy off and said thanks and hung up before i said something rude/mean and ruined any chance of them replacing them... ill call back tomorrow or the next day and get someone else on the phone and see what they say, if not maybe rocky mountain will replace them, they replaced 2 balljoints for me from the armadillo +2 a arms they sell, because armadillo wouldnt stand behind them,,if itp really wana be dicks over 2 tires like the guy on the phone, ill take the thing to a "licensed dealer" like he wants, about 15 miles from me, while mounted, and just say look, feel this, stick yoru thumb into the sidewall of my 6 ply tire that feels like a day old balloon and lets get these morons on the phone and tell them because apparently sts, and myself are all morons, i wonder what their next excuse will be... but no way in hell im paying to have a tire unmounted at a dealership just because they are a dealer of itp tires, that is the dumbest thing i ever heard and makes no sense, its blatantly obvious from the outside, even if they do take care of business and give me 2 new ones like they should, the next tires ill buy after that will definitly be razr 2's again  |
