well personaly the 310/330 thing is all on your riding situation. I would say get V-force reeds (I personaly like the 2's but 3's work good) and dont have ESR port it, I'd have Denny from FloTek do the port work. The 38 or 39 Keihin PWK/airstryker works best for just about any motor from 250-330
