I think everyone has a bank story gone bad.
Heres one:
I have two checking accounts a two separate banks. My checks both have the same background, and look identical except for my current address. The account with my old address checks is an old account I dont deposit money into. I was paying my credit card bill of $1220, and I paid with the "old check". After it bounced, my bank notified me, I realized what happened, I explained to the credit card company AND the bank what had happened, and another check was on the way. Even though I explained it, they kept running the check through.
In the end, $40 in bank overdraft fees, and $39 for a bounced check fee from the credit card company. All because I grabbed the wrong check.
And that round off into savings thing is a cool idea, maby I might switch.
