Pro-X has a big bore cylinder kit for the YZ250, but I dont know if it will fit onto the Tri Z cases, never checked into it much.

You guys said Neil, is that Neil from MP Racing.

the popular swap is not to put the yz cyl on the tri-z cases but to put the entire yz engine int the tri-z frame... you gotta use a 83-87 YZ though.... do they make a big bore for 83-87 YZ's

If you weld and machine the Tri-Z cases you can put on a Pro-X 250R cylinder.

According to the LA Sleeve flyer for big bore kits, they offer a YZ250 to 330cc kit in the Pro-x cylinders & is machined for a power valve system same as those offered by CT Racing & Eddie Sanders Racing, a guillotine-style mounted over the exhaust port.

Hummmm, says no machining of the YZ cases needed for it to fit, but is only for the 99 to 03 models

Part #
NIKS 430

It may even be possible that the sleeve in the YZ cylinder kit is the same as a sleeve used in the Pro-X TRX250R cylinder kits, so far as port windows, if thats so then that cylinder could be bored out to fit a 350 sleeve in.
