my trusty dell laptop gets me on here all the time.. places games very well too... but then again $1300 should be able to get ya somthing good..
as for good laptop i would stray from any retail store they normaly charge the same amount for a laptop when you could be a decent one from lets say

ive personaly never bought one from there but when i was pricing out my last pc they where very compairable to anything i could make.. but makeing you own is fun.
