OK guys.... here it is! i see alot of these posts witch are un clear... and leave to much to the imagination... i will first explain in my own words what happened between rob(of R&B racing) and myself....

robert porter of R&B racing posted a listing on this website, he said he had some banshee parts for sale including some used fullbore plastics. i got in contact with him, and we agread on a price. we decided that i would pay 300 for the plastics, 25 for the shipping charges. i gave rob 45 for shipping, rather then 25 like he asked for because i wanted the parts fast, and i knew 25 wouldnt be enough to cover it! from the very beginning all i requested was for rob to ship my parts, and give me a tracking number. i must have asked him 10 times for a tracking number, and never recieved one. the communication was very little, and the excuses were many! he gave me one excuse after another why he couldnt send my plastics. after the first attempt at shipping them, he said they were returned and he didnt know why..... i gave him my physical address on 3 different occasion, and i told him that it probably didnt go through, because UPS does not ship to PO boxes... again, he tried to ship to my PO box. and agian! the package was returned! the guy just doesnt listen! this morning, he called me up, and left a message on my phone, saying "im going to need another $175 to ship you your parts, and im going to have to cut the plastics down to make them cheaper to ship".... i sent him a message asking for my money back! he replied, saying he would not give it back, and he wanted to give me banshee parts to make up for the 175$ extra money he was asking for...... i dont need extra shee parts! i needed those plastics! that is all i needed! this is bullshit!
