i've seen a few 500 cases that crack there. its not uncommon. the swinger bearings get worn out, then the swinger bolt gets loose, frame bolt holes for the swinger bolt get oblonged and then with all that pressure on the case it cracks. the case is that last piece holding the swingerbolt in place and it can't take the pressure. |
