I should have got around to doing this sooner, but here are some pics of my zilla. I spent quite some time getting the motor right, when I bought it the top end was claimed to be new, but I wanted to be certain. So I tore the whole thing apart! Come to find there were NO thrust washer anywhere to be found! The piston and such were new, with only traces of carbon deposits. The previous owner said he never could get it to run right, which I was glad because the gas that was in it was terrible, the fuel filter was gross and half the reeds were missing (swallowed) or cracked! He even bought a new keihin carb, thinking that would help the problem.

It has a new wiesco, V-2 cage with NEW reeds, pro design cool head, FMF gold series (I already know, saving for a q pipe), all new motion pro cables, moose thumb throttle, hinson "billet proof" clutch basket and plates, PWK carb, baja aluminum skidplate, cometic gaskets, new seals, entire water pump replacement, rear brake and master cylinder rebuild. I know there is more, odds n ends stuff.....

It may not be the prettiest on here, but it rips. I spent hours sanding the rust off of every nut and bolt (NO KIDDING! EVERY LAST ONE, CHASSIS AND MOTOR my buddy thinks I have lost it), Locktite on everything that needed it, re-greasing anything and everything, checking every bearing and torqing every nut to spec. These bikes are stupid fast, and this particular one will run with right along with (if not past) alot of zilla's. And the best thing is I am pretty certain in thinking that my zilla will be reliable and not let me down for a long time to come!
