My personal experience has been with lame cranks. I replaced the crank on my 02 twice with stockers then bought a Hot Rod crank. Havent had the problem since. My other Blaster I simply bought a Hot Rod crank to begin with. Blasters have been notorious for the oil injection system failing since day one. I scripted many the bullitin for them. Dump it and get the block-off kit. Cheapest insurance there is. While some say the brakes are ok, I say they suck, period. One front always seems to lock up on you no matter how well you adjust them. And they squeek like a virgins first time when wet. The back are a pain in the ass period. They get all dirt-filled and stop working really easy. The pipe sucks. Get a Fatty or something else, but dump the stocker. I have the fatty and it is a very nice performing pipe for the price. The intake spacer and K+N jet kit are a decent performance upgrade. They really woke my Blaster up. 22" rears really added the speed and clearance too. Those are just for openers. Flattrack's store and knowledge and MaineExport too, they could really help you build a total screamer.
