ok i am going to buy this cylinder off a guy it has a brand new sleeve in it and he has the piston he only rode it like 2 times the cylinder is cracked pretty bad on both sides i dont kno how it happened but i was thinking bout buying it off of him since i can get it so cheap and pressing the sleeve out of it and pressing it into mine since my zilla needs a new sleeve does anyone thinkg it will do any damage to the sleeve or if it wouldnt work i mean cause i personaly dont see any reason why i wouldnt be able to do it but let me know what ya think

Just to let you know you can't just press the sleeve out you can damage the cylinder that way. You have to heat up the cylinder in an oven and that will make the aluminum expand which will make the sleeve slide right out then you will need to bore out the cylinder after it cools down and cut the top to receive the new sleeve re heat it put the new sleeve in and shave the top of the cylinder to make the sleeve even with the cylinder. You can get it done for around $100 bucks from most atv shops. if you have any ?'s feel free to ask I do several of these a week.
