I've ridden the Fat Cat and BW200, the BW is way sportier and more motorcycle like. I would avoid the Fat Cat-----it has a super low first gear (taken straight from the Big Red 3-wheeler), reverse ?!! and an automatic clutch---blah!

I used to do ~300 yard drags on a dirt farm road with my '85 Big Red 250 vs my friend's BW200. To my suprise, out of 15 races, it was basically always dead even until I topped out in 5th (equal to his 4th), then he shifted into his 5th gear and walked away steadily to win at the very end. I have many hours of seat time on the BW, it is tons of fun for trails and goofing around. I wish I would have gotten a chance to ride the BW350, although I don't think I would want to go TOO fast on one of those, since they could be bouncy! If you get a good deal on one, I would go for it, as long as you want it for what it is, it's not a racer. The BW200 would probably do 60 mph, the BW350 must have been able to approach 70 mph, I think it basically had the Warrior motor, but was much lighter and quicker.
