I have a close to stock 99 also. I run 32:1 Motul 800 with premium pump gas. I also have a Gnarly pipe and Boyesen Pro series reeds. The bike pulls very hard from the very bottom through the midrange. It flattens out a bit on top. I prefer more low end anyway for hillclimbing. I also now have a 12oz. flywheel weight which makes the bike almost stall-proof on tight trails. Bike is virtually bullet proof and keeps up with just about everything. |
