open up paint. If u don't know where it's at then look for it.. or go to the start menu then click on run. and type in "mspaint" and it will load. Once you are in the program load the picture you want to edit. Up at the top go to image, then click on "stretch/skew". Play with that untill u get to the right size. You can check how many pixels are in the image by putting your mouse at the buttom right corner of the picture. The # of pixels weil display at the bottom right of the program. That should get the job done.
Photo shop owns any other program tho....
