Sound like you have a air leak somewhere. You might need to rebuild your brakes system. I think there is a tool that you can use to test the pressure out of you brakes so you can figure out where it leaks. Problem with brakes is they don't always leak fluid out most of the time they just suck air in which gives you the issue.
