Reminds me of my now 18yr old daughters first ride at the ripe age of 4. She was just learning to ride, had been on the JR50 for about 5-10 minutes. She was just going around in a circle in the front driveway. Paying too much attention to the handlebars, she runs straight into a tree. Just like a perfect cardboard cutout, she flips up and knocks her helmet on the tree and lands right back on the seat. She sits there a second, shuts off the bike, puts down the stand, and says "I dunwanna ride nuh mower". Gads, I laughed so freakin' hard.
Now, she rides so goddamned hard, fast, and furious, I don't even want to think about her not wearing a helmet. She's yet to meet a guy she can't whoop all over on. |
