eviltwin is right, a lightened flywheel will make it worse. You will need to rip it all down and start with balancing the crank. rod and piston. First seperatly then all together. It will be better but that is one hell of a vibrating motor to begin with. For the heck of it try some vibration dampers in the handlebars.
